The largest shrine found in Maeko Forest, the most prominently marked of all its known structures. It is uninhabited, upkept by monks from the city, and features ornate carvings and paintings to various legendary Pokémon. Many leave gifts for legendary Pokémon in its sanctuary. Many rumor that carvings written in the shrine's posts point to a secret shrine deeper in the forest, where Celebi is said to dwell. The shrine is named for the flutelike sound that can be heard when wind flows through its torii.
