Blaire clambered over the jagged rocks, wiping a bit of sweat from her brow. The canyon wasn't easy topography to scale, but she was somewhat used to it after spending all her life on an island with a giant volcano. That didn't make it super easy, but she wasn't completely out of her element. It was there that she was attempting to catch another Pokémon for her burgeoning team.

A little red... thing waddled across the canyon, seemingly paying no mind to the trainer in its midst. Blaire just stared at it for a couple moments before shaking her head and tossing out her newly-caught Zigzagoon. Might as well... "Zigzagoon, attack!" The quick mammal bounced across the rocks, easily catching the Darumaka and knocking it over. With a squeal, it rolled down the canyon, hitting its head against a jutting rock and being knocked unconscious. Well, that was easy... She pulled out a Pokéball and let it fly.

She wandered over to her newly-caught Pokémon, picking up the ball and staring at it. Zigzagoon was looking up at her as well, as if it was trying to say, "Did you really just catch that?" Yeah, apparently she had. With a small sigh, she put the ball on her belt and returned Zigzagoon to its ball.
